Build Confidence. Create Connections. Belong.
You were never meant to do life alone.
Building community as an adult can be harder than most people expect.
Whether you’ve recently moved, experienced a major life change, are entering a new stage of life, or simply wish you had more people to share life with, building community as an adult can feel harder than it should. Not because you don’t want connection. But because taking the first step can feel overwhelming.
You may find yourself thinking:
I’ll go next time.
Everyone already knows each other.
What if I don’t know anyone?
What if I don’t know what to say?
I wish I had someone to go with.
I don’t want to interrupt.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Social Forwardâ„¢ was created to help make that first step easier.
Through practical instruction, guided practice, and real-world experiences, you’ll develop the confidence to participate more fully in life, create meaningful relationships, and discover communities where you truly belong.
Your community is waiting.

What is Social Forward?
Social Forward is a small-group educational program that helps adults build confidence, develop meaningful relationships and become part of a community.
This isn’t therapy. It isn’t networking training. It isn’t about changing who you are.
It’s about becoming more comfortable being yourself while building the confidence to take part in the life you’ve been wanting.
Through practical strategies and guided practice, you’ll learn how to move from isolation to participation and from participation to belonging.

What you’ll learn
What makes Social Forward different?
Most programs focus on communication. Social Forward teaches people how to intentionally build community. Our participants don’t just learn what to say.
They learn how to:
Build confidence one step at a time using the Interaction Ladderâ„¢.
Turn conversations into relationships using the Connection Ladderâ„¢.
Prepare for social interactions using the SCORE Frameworkâ„¢.
Practice real-world conversation skills in a supportive environment.
Apply those skills in everyday life through guided experiences.
Because confidence doesn’t come from reading about it. Confidence comes from doing it.
